This class teaches foundational tumbling skills with a focus on body control, strength, and safety. Students gain flexibility, coordination, and the confidence to move with control. Tumbling classes are perfect for gymnasts or cheerleaders who want to focus on their floor skills or for kids who just love to flip!
What you will learn?
- Basic skills: Rolls, cartwheels, round-offs
- Balance and strength: Handstands, walkovers (front and back)
- Power skills: Back handsprings
- Advanced tumbling: Front and back tucks
Frequently asked questions
For safety and comfort during class, please have your child wear: Comfortable athletic clothing (leotards, fitted t-shirts, leggings, or shorts – no jeans or loose clothing). Shoes are optional. Hair pulled back neatly and securely if it’s long. No jewelry, except small stud earrings. Proper attire helps your child move freely and safely while having fun in class!
Each class has a 10 minutes Warm up, 5 minute Stretch and 40 minutes of multiple rotations depending on skill level.
