Our gymnastics program guides athletes through progressive levels, starting with core techniques and basic skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor. As gymnasts build strength, confidence, and consistency, they advance to linking movements and refining execution with greater control and precision. At the highest level, athletes take on advanced skills like back handsprings and high bar work, developing both physical ability and mental focus to perform with confidence and control.
What skills you will learn?
- Master foundational skills like kick to handstand flatback, pullover, casts, cartwheel, and bridge kickover
- Develop beam skills including lever, walks on high beam, handstands, and dismounts
- Advance on bars with chin-up pullovers, cast back hip circles, sole circle dismounts, and squat-ons
- Build tumbling power with round-offs, back handsprings, front handsprings, and straight-arm backward rolls

Each class has a 10 minutes Warm up, 5 minute Stretch and 2-20 minute rotations. Each week the rotation change (Floor/Vault or Beam/Floor)

Please call the front desk to set up an evaluation time if you are concerned on your child’s level.
For safety and comfort during class, please have your child wear: Comfortable athletic clothing (leotards, fitted t-shirts, leggings, or shorts – no jeans or loose clothing). Bare feet in the gym (no socks or shoes). Hair pulled back neatly and securely if it’s long. No jewelry, except small stud earrings. Proper attire helps your child move freely and safely while having fun in class!
The front desk or your child’s coach will notify you when it is time to move up.
