Frequently Asked Questions
About Our Ninja Programs

Each class has a 10 minutes Warm up, 5 minute Stretch and 2-20 minute rotations (Tramp/Floor and Ninja Course)

For safety and comfort during class, please have your child wear: Comfortable athletic clothing (leotards, fitted t-shirts, leggings, or shorts – no jeans or loose clothing). Shoes are optional. Hair pulled back neatly and securely if it’s long. No jewelry, except small stud earrings. Proper attire helps your child move freely and safely while having fun in class!
