This class teaches foundational tumbling skills with a focus on body control, strength, and safety. Students gain flexibility, coordination, and the confidence to move with control. Tumbling classes are perfect for gymnasts or cheerleaders who want to focus on their floor skills or for kids who just love to flip!
What you will learn?
- Basic skills: Rolls, cartwheels, round-offs
- Balance and strength: Handstands, walkovers (front and back)
- Power skills: Back handsprings
- Advanced tumbling: Front and back tucks

Tumbling classes are focused on floor skills, so beam and bars are not typically part of the curriculum.
Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and open to all skill levels.
Please have your child wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a labeled water bottle.
Each class begins with a group warm-up, followed by guided skill rotations and engaging activities.
