IGT (International Gymnastics Team) is a one-of-a-kind program that bridges the gap between recreational classes and competitive gymnastics. Designed for athletes who are ready for more challenge without the full-time commitment of USAG competitive teams, IGT introduces gymnasts to the excitement of performing routines and participating in meets in a fun, supportive team environment.
Our IGT programs offer opportunities for athletes to train and compete in routines on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Each season is 6 months long, including 3 months to practice skills and learn routines, followed by 3 months of local competitions. Gymnasts participate in 5 meets while continuing to develop confidence, strength, and performance experience. IGT is a natural progression from our girls recreational gymnastics classes and a great fit for families seeking balance, structure, and growth through sport.
