What to Wear: Students should wear a fitted leotard or athletic clothing that allows for easy movement, with hair securely tied back. All shoes are to be removed before entering the gym and stored in designated cubbies. For safety and to prevent lost items, please limit wearing jewelry during class.
What to Bring: Students should bring a labeled water bottle to each class to stay hydrated. All other personal items, such as bags or extra clothing, should be kept in a designated cubby during class. Please leave toys, electronics, and valuables at home to avoid distractions and prevent lost or damaged items.
